When Joe Burrow was 23 years old, he led the LSU Tigers to one of the greatest seasons in college football history and he provided one of the most iconic sports moments of all time.
Burrow, who was selected with the No. 1 pick by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2020 NFL Draft, was photographed smoking a cigar after LSU’s win against Clemson in the national championship game in early 2020.

That photo/video instantly went viral. LSU players have had several chances to recreate Burrow’s epic cigar moment over the last year.
Earlier this spring, LSU basketball player Alexis Morris celebrated the Tigers’ win in the national championship game against Iowa with a cigar.

On Monday night, LSU centerfielder Dylan Crews also recreated Burrow’s cigar moment. Crews was spotted with a cigar while celebrating LSU’s win against Florida in the College World Series (the Tigers won the series two games to one).

LSU was already one of the premier programs in college athletics, but I don’t think there’s any doubt that Burrow left a massive mark in Baton Rouge.
