Once Bills Biggest Rival Rob Gronkowski Shows Up in Buffalo

Rob Gronkowski recently announced his retirement from the NFL for the second time. He is arguably the best tight end to ever play the game.

Gronk had a legendary career and is a four-time Super Bowl champion. Three of those Super Bowl rings were won by him when he was with the New England Patriots.

During that time, Gronk and the Patriots always got the better of the Buffalo Bills. Bills fans despise the Patriots because they kept dominating their division for the last two decades. The home of the Buffalo Bills is familiar territory for Rob Gronkowski.

He grew up in the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville and played football there until he graduated from high school before leaving for college.

He recently visited Buffalo for a business matter. Even though the Bills fans aren’t fond of Patriots players, Gronk received a pleasant welcome.

Gronk, and his brothers, raised money for the local charity Friends of Carly. While talking about it, the 4-time SB Champ said, “This one is special because it hasn’t gone on in two or three years now. Everyone is pumped up for it. My high school buddies, they’re are all pumped up.”

He added, “It’s a great foundation, and also at the same time, it’s a great party, and (I) get to see all my friends and family from Buffalo.” With Rob Gronkowski retired from the NFL, we can now see him involved in multiple events like these.

The Bills now have got the upper hand on the former team of Rob Gronkowski

Unlike the last two decades, the Buffalo Bills are now the kings of the AFC East. The New England Patriots haven’t been playing that well since Tom Brady left.

Even though Mac Jones is on the rise, the Bills are on another level. We saw what Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills were capable of in last year’s AFC Wildcard Game.

They destroyed the New England Patriots and defeated them by 47-17. Allen was phenomenal and is expected to continue doing the same in the upcoming season.
