Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow isn’t on the cover of Madden NFL 23 or anything dramatic like that.
But the team at EA Sports sure isn’t shy about showing him off as quickly as possible within the game’s graphics engine.
EA Sports dropped a screenshot of Burrow in the game this week as the Bengals get ready to undergo OTAs. And the resemblance is, in a word, uncanny.
We’ll have to wait and see how the latest edition of Madden actually rates Burrow overall, and how that compares to other quarterbacks in the league after his Super Bowl trip.
But for now, it’s all about the little teasers like this — which also once again confirms the Bengals have a guy in Burrow who is quickly becoming one of the faces of the entire NFL.
