WATCH: Lewis Hamilton’s Brother Nicholas Spins Out in F1 2021 Celebrity Race-Off at Silverstone

In Formula One, it’s always Lewis Hamilton making the front page with wins and pole positions. However, this time around it was the Knight’s younger brother Nicholas Hamilton who made the headlines. But it wasn’t behind the actual wheel of an F1 car; it was in front of the screen, playing the Formula One game.

Hamilton was a select few to play the game ahead of its official launch. This incident saw him lose the third place and fall down to fifth. Hamilton was seen shaking his head as he couldn’t believe he made mistake in such a crucial part of the virtual race.

However, he managed to gain a place and finished in fourth place at the virtual British Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion has always lifted people when they are down and given them motivation. Similarly, Nicolas is also a racing driver for ROKiT Racing with iQuoto Online Trading team and has learned to motivate himself and others when things hit a rough patch. The British driver wrote, “As tough as tough gets today, starting on the back row of the grid for Race 1 tomorrow. Missing FP2 put me on the back foot for Qualifying & so I struggled in all honesty.”

“Tough times are sent to try us & so tomorrow I’ll be driving my heart out to make progress. Thank you to everyone for their support,” he concluded.
Nicolas will surely be supporting Lewis this upcoming weekend for the British Grand Prix – his home race. He would hope that Lewis will find the edge over his rivals, particularly Max Verstappen, and bag home maximum points to help regain the lead in the championship.
