Early July typically means one thing in the NFL: random lists and opinions on a wide range of topics while the Cincinnati Bengals sit on an extended break.
So let’s talk about those helmets, shall we? For The Win recently ranked all 32 helmet designs and, lo and behold, the Cincinnati Bengals checked in inside the top ten at No. 9.
And they only needed two words to describe the helmet. “Tiger stripes!”
It’s a simple yet effective design. The orange and black mesh so well together. It really is an underrated look.
Keep in mind a new rule could mean the Bengals could use an alternate helmet sooner rather than later, too.
You don’t have to look too far, however, to find No. 1 on this list. That belongs to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The worst on this list? The team the Bengals beat in the AFC Divisional Playoffs, the Tennessee Titans.
